Bug/Issue Armour Duplication With Mannequins + Armour Aficionado not given

When you equip and un-equip armour with mannequins they will rather consistently make a copy of the armour.
It can also copy the armour from you onto the mannequin.

I found this bug after I collected all the armor sets but did not get the "Armour Aficionado" achievement, so I thought that maybe I need to equip all of them, no such luck.

It's probably worth to mention that on this particular planet there is a quiet large colony set up that generates a fair bit of lag, and it's even easier to copy when fully zoomed out.

 

Can confirm both dupe bug and not getting achievement using 1.1. as of the time of this post.
