Baby making my screen black/freeze?

Okay, so Abigail and I adopted a baby and in the middle of the night the adoption agency dropped off our baby boy. I went to name him Oliver, but when I clicked ok, the game went completely black and froze. I can't do anything. I've tried installing a 'no baby' mod but that doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated. I really liked that farm. (It's my main one.)

 

If it helps, I didn't get Stardew Valley from Steam...

I'm terrible, I know. I just want help. Once I get money I'll buy the actual game.
