Hello everyone! I like pixel art very much, so I'd like to see your favorite impressive and lovely pixel games! Share screenshots, of course!

If you'd like a complete mindf**k that may or may not make sense to you, is free to play and spawned entire wikis full of fan-theories with the sole developer deliberately not answering any questions, you'll like Yume Nikki:

Omg, It looks really cool! I will try to play this game soon.

Oh, if a game released by Devolver Digital then it just can't be bad!

    Parrotte Supernova

Not quite sure if it falls under the "Pixel style" or just "Really really old crap style" but I like Mental Omega's art.
As for real pixel games, I found two mobile games of which the art is nice enough in my opinion

I don't know many true pixel games except the obvious though...
    (Terraria, Broforce, Minecraft, Starbound)
There's also The Final Station, which is simple but good looking.

Copy URL of your image and click on the icon with frame. Right of the smile.

By the way, another cool pixel-styled game is Freedom Planet!

One of my favorite little games. Every action has at least 2 purposes. I.e. Land: end your combo, and reload your GunBoots.
The simple pictures don't do enough justice for this amazing game.
It tries to fool you with its Gameboy Aesthetics and Soundtrack and Sounds,
But, you can change the color palette. There's only 3 (And a rare 4th one) colors in each option.
It's made by Devolver Digital, too.
I recommend picking up the Mobile version instead of the one on steam, because it's a game that you can pick-up and go,
However, if you're experienced and mlg just be prepared to spend 20+ minutes on a single run.

(There aren't any spoilers for the game here, because telling the story would ruin the fun)
It's a Rogue-y-like, with Permadeath, but with permanent upgrades that you can buy with the coins you get in-game.
    There are Nada in-app purchases,
It has 6 classes, lots of uselessly awesome hats, unique pets, an amazing soundtrack, gorgeous visuals, an interesting story, and hats.
    And hats.
You can play the game with Touch Controls and a controller if you happen to have one.
(Best mobile controller support I've seen. Ever.)
All classes have a basic attack, charge attack (which costs energy) and 1 or 2 abilities that either cost energy or cost charges.
You can find EmberForges which let you obtain unstable legendary equipment.
All enemies act the same and are predictable, except for the bosses.
This kinda makes regular battles small puzzles of deciding how to approach things or deal with threats.
Bosses are then similar to quick-time events, but with more skill and timing involved.
    Less frustrating sh*t.
The PC edition is coming out later, they update the game (and raise the price by a dollar every time) and they're gonna add a 7th class.

It's probably my favorite Roguelike, besides the one that has you fight against living bullets.
And there's cameos and references to the other games made by the same company.
    Lexi should've got more lines

Oh, is it coming to PC? Played in my phone for a bit but Roguelikes in touchscreen is a nay. Looking forward to that.

From the same devs, Mage Gauntlet was very pretty and interesting too. Maybe even slightly more than Way.Souls early-game, iirc. Pretty funny dialogue and situations too (random Boar farming WoW bash)

Gods Will be Watching, another Devolver game (they sure love dem pixelart lol) was a very interesting point-and click adventure game, more focused in situations of the different chapters rather than carrying trash around and running it with doors. Not super fancy but it has some very cool Sci-fi set pieces. Also Devolver brand occasional super gore lol.

Naturally Starbound and Terraria. Beauty in the latter is A LOT more uncommon as it lies in huge player-created structures and not the game itself.

EDIT: How could I not mention the amazing kinesthetic it has for a 2D pixel game and the gorgeous animations?
Now that I'm done with it; if one enjoys pretty games, Metroudvania/Soulslikes and a bit of animu this is a must-play. Took me 5 hours missing a big secret and other nicknacks.
