    FALSE - Is NOT a new build. The file extension was simply added.

    New beta build of RoR is up. (5/11/13)
    I assume it's just the bug fixes the were deemed fixed in the Bug Report thread.

    Get it off HumbleBundle, as always.

        When I downloaded it, it was downloaded as a .zip file.

            Yeah, I believe it's still the old one, the Humble Bundle people probably just fixed the extension.
            Unfortunately, I don't think I can edit the thread title. I'll just edit the OP.
