I was messing around in starbound when i realized that there was no way (to my knowledge, at least) to actually move liquids without using your inventory or gravity. Regardless of if there actually is a way, i I thought that Composite and Rusty platforms with walls and a solid floor would work great. I would love a mod for this, or this to be added to the vanilla game.
are you talking terraria pumps? Cause starbound has actual pipe tile blocks that ought to be able to interact with liquids sooner or later. If they don't I'll be disappointed.
