Bug Found in Quest "Parts and Labour"

"Parts and Labour" quest description says that completing the quest requires 5 salvaged interface chips and 10 salvaged power couplings, but upon tracking the quest you can see that it actually requires 10 salvaged interface chips and 10 salvaged power couplings. So the real quest requirement is 10 of each item not 5 interface chips and 10 power couplings. Just a mistake in the description.

I'm on a Windows 8.1 PC running full screen.

 

The quest description says you need 5 salvaged interface chips and 10 salvaged power couplings.
You finish the quest upon having 10 salvaged interface chips and 5 salvaged power couplings in your inventory. (not matching the description)
However, to actually build the part, you need 5 salvaged interface chips and 10 salvaged power couplings.



So the description is right, but the quest requirements aren't.

 

It seems this was patched.
I got 10 Power couplings
and 5 chips.
And nothing happened.
