Bug/Issue Bug with connecting signs (~1.3.3)

    The issue:
    When trying to connect activatable signs,
    the borders of the latest placed sign overlaps the border of the other signs.

    Connections:
    does it connect:
    activatable AND 1 frame: no
    activatable AND 1+ frames: no
    not activatable AND 1 frame: yes
    not activatable AND 1+ frames: yes

    Other information:
    platform: PC
    operation system: windows 10
    Starbound(TM) version: ca. 1.3.3
