I've seen some burly/bara mods, I especially love the Bara Bachelors mod, but I'd love to see a mod for a more burly Alex. Like, give him a football player/ex-football player body and some burly facial features, like a beard and square jaw and such. I think it'd fit his personality and make him very appealing. I know someone was going to do a mod like this but it seems to have died. If anyone else would take up the mantle, I'd love to see it!
