Bug/Issue Camera lags and Screen Tearing on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi!

In Ubuntu 18.04 the game runs fine, as long as the camera is not moving.
When the camera moves I am getting lags, not shown by the Steam fps indicator, as well as screen tearing.

Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1070
Processor: Intel i7-6700K

I am using two screens. When I disable my second screen the problems are heavily reduced,
but still slightly visible

Anyone else had this problem and found a solution for this?
