Cannot Download Mods

I am familiar with modding, although I won't claim to be a master. My issue is retrieving the files to put into the mods folder. I wanted to use Advanced Storage. When I access this mod through the forum and press the Download button, nothing happens. No files are added to my computer, and my browser (Google Chrome) doesn't give any confirmation that I'm downloading something. I also tried to download it through the versions history, Steam Workshop, and GitHub (which I did not understand.) None of those worked either. Is there any reason why my download button might not work? Is there any other website where I can download the mod folders?

I apologize for using the wrong discussion thread to ask this question. Total overlook on my part.
This issue is unique to Advanced Storage. I clicked on a couple of other mods and they were downloadable. I also downloaded a PNG from this site, so it isn't an issue with any sort of site permissions.
This seems like an issue unique to the mod, so please let me know if anyone has a solution or the same problem!
