Can't beam down (Glad giraffe)

    My friend can't beam down even though he does all the quest on the ship, we tried creating a new character,reinstall and create new world but still can't beam down. Please help!

    Did all the quests, but did you enable the teleporter via S.A.I.L? Thats6 an important step. Also, how did you do all of the quests if there are not materials to find on the ship?

    The first tutorial quest (reboot AI,take the flashlight and the matter manipulator.,...) and enable the teleporter but still can't beam down.
