Can't use my ship.

Since Today's Nightly Build update, I can't sit in the captains chair, the travel window does pop up, but it is a black screen with smaller windows overlapping themselves, I tried creating a new character but that didn't do anything.

 

I have the same problem with 1.3 update

 

I had to delete my starbound folder and reinstall the game for it to work, the patches weren't applying for some reason.
