Bug/Issue Can't use purchased Large Egg in Animal Bundle

Apologies if this has already been posted.

I purchased a Large Egg (white) from the travelling cart, and went to the community center to use it to fill in part of the Animal Bundle (on the same day).

However it wouldn't accept it.

Yet, when I hovered my mouse over the Large Egg in my inventory, the community center button indicated (by throbbing) that it was used in some bundle? But no other bundle used Large Eggs (only normal small eggs).

To me it feels like either the Animal Bundle should accept Large Egg (white) in the place of Large Egg (brown), or the community center button shouldn't throb on the Large Egg (white) if it can't be used.
