Hello, I'm new to modding with XNB.node and i'm currently trying to see if one can change NPC gender. I'v change the section 'male' to female in one of the male NPC's but nothing seems to happen. How do i know i succeed?
So far the only way I've seen people change npc genders is by editing their sprites and changing dialogue. For instance mods that I use to change Sebastian's gender here and here work very well! After looking at their codes I see they put in a lot of work to the dialogue changes, they even changed other npc's dialogue that mention Sebastian's gender. It's a little time consuming but definitely worth it if you want a waifu instead of a husbando or vice versa. ^^
