i don't know how likely this would be (or how much this has been suggested) but the apex PC is a member of the resistance/escaped from under miniknog rule, right? so why is the flag they use the symbol of the miniknog? seems a little dissonant. i haven't used the flag as an apex at all just because it felt so weird. maybe the flag could be changed to the flag of the apex resistance?
Thats actually a very good question. And i agree it should be changed but then again they haven't designed a icon for the resistances yet i think.
With the same chance he can be a MiniKnog spy, who infiltrated the Protectorate. It's up to the player, there is no hard character backstory anymore.
It would be more appropiate to merely retcon the current one as the Rebel flag, as, among other things, the Apex flag already appears in Rebel bases, so merely modifying the tooltip would fix the issue.
