Not entirely sure what you mean, you don't need to unlock anything, the only thing YOU need to do is be a hoarder of race mods.

is this not updated for upbeat? ;-; id much prefer this over xbawks..

 

It's not currently updated for upbeat, no, as i've not yet updated the version i'm personally using (nor been playing sb recently), but i'll do that at some point, so look for an update soon, idk.
Or someone lovely can do it for me, as i'm currently super busy.
