I think you can't merge the thread together. Still , most people will see your from mod here. So better edit your post here and add more information.

Just realized I forgot to package the bearded sprite in with the bearded variant. Now it's included, so you should get both a portrait and sprite.

 

NOW I am ready to marry Harvey, omfg yesss! These are amazing, great work!

I Love you new Portraits , and i hope , all charackters will be like the rest =) Loveley. But i have a problem with the width. In the Menu to show your Friendshi with everbody , there is only the half portrait. And when some Charakters are moving , they are flickering ?!

 

You're replacing the wrong files. All these files should be going into the content>portraits folder. NOT the characters folder. The characters folder is for the sprite only. The sprites are shown on the relationships tab not the portraits. You should only see portraits when speaking to people.

 

Yup, exactly like Meevers said. If you backed up your files, you'll want to replace them back to that folder. Otherwise, if your game is a steam copy, delete \stardew valley\content\characters\ folder. Then right click the game in your steam library, go to properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Steam will download the original files for you. I'll add screenshots of where to click when I get home from work in ~8hrs, in case your Steam isn't in English.

The archives are set up so you can just extract them into your \Stardew Valley\ folder. Don't change folders in the archive and they'll be dropped into the correct subfolder automatically. Let me know if you have any issues
