Bug/Issue Chat Box Blocking Inventory Bar

This has been a big issue for me, when I chat, the black chat box is over the the inventory bar at the bottom. I couldn't see and use any item until it disappears. This is very annoying when you get off chatting in the middle of farming, combating, mining or doing something, you have to wait until it disappears.
