Bug/Issue Checkup with Dr. Harvey event: stuck door

This one weird bug is preventing me from seeing the scene for my checkup with Harvey.

I entered the clinic for the four-heart event. He preceded me into the exam room by passing through its door like a ghost. This poor corporeal farmer is having more trouble, though. Player character gets stuck trying to walk through the closed door. I can mouseover the door meanwhile and see part of the hand icon underneath the arrow, but I'm unable to click anything or enter a menu, and the cutscene loops there. I can click Skip to exit, and save-scum to waking up that morning.



What further info can I provide for reference and reproduction?
