yeah according to my antivirus that site was full of virus, it also got through my add block like nothing. so i think i am just make it my self. but for now i am just gonna to scan my pc so see ya all later.
Interesting. I checked it out real quick and didn't see anything suspicious. Of course, I didn't run all scripts on the page so I'm not sure what they did but they didn't seem to be anything malicious. What antivirus do you use? Edit: I also opened it in all of my browsers and didn't get any kind of warning or notification about suspicious activity. Though I did get an ad in chrome. Edit 2: I even used Unmask Parasites and it came back clean. So I'm going to say the site is fine to use.
i am back it didn't find anything, but i don't trust any site that can breach the add block or the antivirus warns me about. *edited* by the way ashampoo did find three safety breachs so its not a very safe site just so you know.
i know its not the developer's fault that way. people have been hacked from innocent child sites before, i have even heard about people who have gottan virus from my local news site. its heckers who heck the site it self because it is not properly protected who adds it there. but don't worry if you got a good antivirus then it will warn you and block it. chucklefish forums it self got hecked for some years ago. anyway i think i am gonna make the avatar tomorrow instead because its getting late here see you all.
A lot of people don't seem to realise that it might not be the site's fault for malicious things happening. You're absolutely right that hackers exploit holes in security on sites. Those could be false positives. But don't just trust random people from the internet (e.g. me). If you're uncertain about a site, don't use it. For anyone else, do your own digging and trust your antivirus. If you don't think the site is safe don't risk using it. I've done some more digging and used a couple other tools and everything is coming back fine. As far as I can tell the site is clean. Looking forward to it.
