After I finished the game I reloaded the last chapter of the Man to look for the remaining pain shards and pages. At some point I remembered of the map the Cartographer gave me but I couldn't find it anymore in the menu. So I reloaded a previous chapter to check wheter it would appear again if I obtained it again. But when I came back to the latest save, all pages were blank except for the map, and there is no way of collecting them again without restarting the game.
