Colony Disappeared

I have been getting back into Starbound recently and was finally getting around to completing the last campaign mission, after beating the second to last mission I return to my colony and find that the planet has seemingly been reset and I no longer can find anything I have built I spent forever getting it started and would really appreciate any help getting it back.
