I think that they should add an npc that you can either hire or he just wants to join you into the game. It would be cool if the companion to be any race. Please like and comment Purpose: Can help you fight mobs. Can be different races. Some races heal, some defend, and others attack. Phrase: When you hire the companion he says "Let's Go!" and jumps. Whenever there are monsters he says stuff like "Watch out!", "Taste my [weapon]" and "Get Ready to die!". When enemies are dead he says "Got him!" or "Any more"
there are companions - pets i don't know if there is possibility to have another race companion but it's not hard to to, so.
as i said, it's not that hard to do, and i believe if htere is any intercation with npc devs already get possibility to hter heads that players might want other race npc companion
I'm pretty sure that it's been confirmed that there will be pets (as stated by blejd) and crew members for your ship. Maybe these crew members can go planet-side with you.
Pets confirmed. But I prefer long another companion, as this threat suggests, more than a pet. It could be just great if also you can customize it and start with you since the beginning. Later another crew members can join, but this first one starts with you.
