Converting xnb to yaml

So. I make translation to stardew valley and i can't unpack Concessions.xnb file.
Every other file can be unpacked but not this. I don't know how. Can someone help please?

 

Concessions is a new type of data file and you'll need to wait for the XNB tools to be updated to work with it. If you just need to unpack so that you can edit the data in Content Patcher, Pathoschild has a tool that will do so, but you'll need to compile it yourself.

 

I'm not that good at programing. I think I'll wait for update. Can you give me link so I can follow when new update will come?

 

xnbcli is the primary unpacking tool. You can keep an eye on their github to check for new releases.
