copper+ watering can and gift crash

I've tested this twice and both times it did this.

If you use your copper watering can but don't release the button and somebody gives you a gift you will get stuck in the position of holding the watering can.

You can still slide around and open your inventory but you cannot interact with anything. Even leaving the area does not fix this.

because you can open your inventory you can switch which item is in the selected slot. I messed around with it until i tried the fishing rod and the game softlocked. Time still passes and the other people in the server can still do stuff, but I couldn't move or open my inventory or anything.

At the end of the day was hoping that I would collapse, but nothing happened and I couldn't do anything. I ended up having to restart that day.

Please fix this. Its game-breaking
