Bug/Issue Crashing When Loading Any Save.

Hi, I recently decided to pick up SDV after about a year hiatus. The game seems to be having an issue where I can make a new save file, but whenever i exit the save file, I cannot load it back up. I click on it and then crash. And that goes for all my saves, and they do not seem to be corrupted. I was using mods, and have since then removed all mods, SMAPI, reinstalled SDV, .NET Framework, XNA Distributes, and verifying the integrity. I'm at a loss here after having tried all possible trouble-shooting fixes.

I can also provide save files, however I've had someone look at them and there doesn't seem to be a corruption. So I'm leaning towards this being PC based.
Any help would be appreciated.
