Crop/Seed drop rate possibly messed up by a mod?

Hi, never paid attention to this within 1100 hours of playtime, but sometimes when harvesting crops they drop twice the amount of crops. I.e. 1 potato drops 2 potatoes. It seems weird, is this how FU changed drop rates or should I check for mods that are messing with crops and seeds?

The only mod that I use that might alter anything crop-related is "AnTiVegetation", but I can't find any info regarding changes to crops and seeds.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
