The Cthuloids The Cthuloids are a race of squidlike, sentient aliens that seek to spread planet to planet until they control the universe. They are ruthless, vicious and advanced, and utilize foot soldiers, mechs and space warfare to gain control of a planet. Once there, the cthuloids begin a long terraforming process which transforms the planet into something they can breathe on, killing all other life forms in the process. Drops/Loot Cthuloids have their own weapons, and favor energy weapons on the battlefield. These are dropped rarely by the foot soldiers. Environment/Habitat Any planet, but when the player finds the planet, it is dead, filled with skeletons and dead trees. The player will find the cthuloids in the planet's center, And to find the terraformer core, dive deep into the caverns they dig to destroy it and gain a slim chance of regaining life on the planet. Spawn Rate/Spawning Conditions Scouts lurk on every inch of the planet, but when you get to the center and the tunnels, they come in droves, weak but powerful in numbers. Explosive weapons work wonders on the swarms. Movement Basically enough, the cthuloids walk. Attacks/Damage Cthuloids shoot the player with their energy weapons, some wield swords and charge you, and some just use their claws, but only the workers. As for looks, I have none as I'm not too good at drawing, but imagine a human sized, wingless Cthulu.
