EASEL is fun to use. I can make mildly complex stuff with it, if I have the time. I just have so much trouble keeping the fragments of my compound signs straight. It should be that either instead of the "signage" generic sign in inventory, it should show what's on the sign, or give signs a name field that lets players describe the sign, such as "ClanFlagA1" in the case of the top-left corner of a clan insignia. You could put multiples of the same sign in the EASEL slot to rename them all at once, as long as they were all the same pattern.
I posted this elsewhere, they could just put up a numbered and lettered grid over the sign. Or just let use decide how big the sign should be.
