Well, I'm trying to recolour already existing assets with Starcheat. I can do that with armors, but it seems rather hard to do with furniture. It isn't impossible, because I've seen it in a vanilla server. All I can do for now is alter the colour of the icon. About the item itself, whenever I place it, the colour is shows is the normal and unaltered one. I'm looking for solutions for this, so if you know how to, please tell me or show me the code.
(Note: This only works on non-animated furniture) Make a new tag on the item called "color", and format it as "default?replace..."
You can also change the look of elevators, for example. Afaik anything but the "orientations" property can be changed without mod. (or a few other properties more)
