Disconnects when sleeping Stardew Multiplayer

Hello,

I have been hosting a stardew valley game for a bit on LAN and I cannot find an answer as to why my friends continue to randomly disconnect from the game when we all go to sleep for the night. The game will animate its black screen to transition to its earnings screen but it hangs for a minute and when it finally shows up on my screen, they are disconnected. It sucks cause they lose all their exp but keep their items oddly enough. It also messed with heart events and other relationship improvements. I am at a complete loss as to why this is happening and any information would be appreciated.
