Closed Do all completed quests again?

Hello, before the latest updates, I had finished all my quests and ship increased to 100%. After these updates, keeping all my objects and they have restarted all quests, namely, that I had to make them again. That, to me, is not so important because I entertain myself, but I've come to the quest to repair my ship and of course as it has been repaired before the upgrade can not do anything and I've been stuck.
Anyone else has happened?
