Modding Discussion Draconis full scale retexture for dragon flavored draconis?

Anyone think it'd be neat to have draconis with full scales and wings on their back? If anybody likes this idea please make this a thing! Thnx. I would but I can't for the life of me find the guy's mod in my steam workshop folder, it just unpacks somethings called particle tech.
