I just noticed the "treasure" block and thought, wouldn't it be great if you made a really large building/cave and put enough trasure/ gold items in that you could get a dragon npc as a tenant with a colony deed? Maybe have a special dragon bed that's required and is either very expensive or requires hard to find items to craft. This would make getting a dragon in the colony a late game achivement. It'd be resident who gives you special items as gifts and just looks epic. Possibly even have some unique items you can only get from the dragon?
