Bug/Issue Energy Regen/Damage Bug

The problem i'm dealing with is that My energy bar doesn't regenerate at all and I take no damage from anything.

Okay to be short i've dealt with this before (I have a ton of mods installed which might make this difficult) but basically i fixed it by removing a single mod.

The problem happened to me again when i landed on a planet (Tabula rasa) that had items from a mod know as Gyrusens+ (and it's other mods such as Gyrusens+ Fracking universe add-on)
Also it should be know that I had already landed on this planet before and had re teleported to it via flag.

At first I was led to believe this might be a mod issue so I went about uninstalling every mod I thought might make the problem, nothing happens.

this is odd because even though it started by landing on a planet from one save file it affected all of my characters.
(I've trie uninstalling gyrusens+ plus nothing happens)

I even went into my log file to see if anything there might help (I barely understood it but from what i could there was a glitch from a mod called c.c.c.c) tried uninstalling that nothing happened.

Also I have five .logs that i could actually see (technically 6 but ones unnamed) so i just used the unnamed one titled "Starbound.log" https://pastebin.com/R3HH6t99

Nope

It would be impossible for me to be in /admin because I can still use my energy but once I use it its gone. it doesn't regenerate.
