Bug/Issue erchius horror beams move faster then I do

ok, so I tried the erchius horror fight again without admin, which makes the fight freeze, but now the second phase beams move faster then my character can and kill me almost instantly, is this fight only possible on fast computers, or are the beams just set WAY to strong, or is it an issue with scaling to HP being far to aggressive, cause I gave myself endgame armor for testing, fat lot of good it's doing here...

also, sorry if I'm posting to much.
