Closed Everything sounds like its underwater

While I was building in my ship, I noticed that my sound had gone muffled and I have no idea what caused it. The title screen, and everywhere I go, sounds muffled. I closed the game and reopened it and everything is still messed up. I don't have any mods installed that would do something like this, it's been running fine for as long as I've had them. I am in windowed mode and my volume is on full. I somehow got it to work fine by teleporting to The Outpost but only for a few minutes before it screwing up again. Could use some help if possible.

Nevermind, I think my speakers are just broken lol. Using my headphones works fine.
