likely a corrupt download, did you try downloading it again? Basically what the error is saying, is that it's trying to load a file that is either not there, or corrupt. Go to the \Mods\ folder and verify that the file Starbound\Mods\felin\objects\felin\felincomputer.animation is there. If it is, try opening it in notepad and verify that it doesn't look corrupt. EDIT: This is, of course, assuming that you are using an unpacked version of the mod.
the file didn't have anything that looked like jibberish, or god forbid zalgo typography. Put it into a txt just in case the forum doesn't show it as it was, as I'll post down there: { "animatedParts" : { "stateTypes" : { "switchState" : { "default" : "off", "states" : { "off" : { "frames" : 8, "cycle" : 0.5, "mode" : "loop" }, "on" : { "frames" : 1 } } } }, "parts" : { "switch" : { "properties" : { "centered" : false }, "partStates" : { "switchState" : { "off" : { "properties" : { "image" : "<partImage>:default.<frame>" } }, "on" : { "properties" : { "image" : "<partImage>:default.on" } } } } } } } }
Hmmm, a redownload from a different area of the site seemed to have worked. That or just posting the felin folder into there instead of doing felin-39 with the folder within did the trick. Thank you for your help.
Dunno if you'll see this, given it's been 3 years, but the download link isn't working. It's been happening to a lot of mods. Please fix this.
Right-click the download link, select Copy Link and paste it into the address bar, or select Save Link As. Going from this I'd say the thing's set to use plain http, and that's not kosher. Can't really change it to make sure it's https: without getting everybody's hopes up.
