Hello everyone, haven't been on this part of the forums for a long time. A friend of mine wanted to see some of my drawings, and since I had to upload them online, I got an excuse to show them to you too. He's Asimov, my first character. A little misunderstood Glitch. The pic was taken from a bad direction so his head looks too big. Here we have a futuristic riot cop. I drew this when the real ones weren't in-game yet. And this is some kind of Floran. A not-so-traditional one. They're not the same as if they were made with complex programs and expensive tools on computer, as drawing is just a hobby for me right now. I hope that I wouldn't be ignored, and I'd like to get some comments. Thanks for your time.
Nice job on these, they're very well done; the perspective is nice too. Maybe I should give Starbound fan art a try.
Now that I think of it, these pictures are several months old. I haven't drawn anything with ink pens since then. How did I find time and motivation to put that much of time and effort in drawing back then...? But yeah, thanks for the positive feedback
Seeing great works of art in both music and well... art in general, drives me to make music and good art. After being inspired, I tend to accomplish my task faster and better. My suggestion is start looking around for things that you find just plain awesome then build from there. Your mind will make the time and motivation for you. But yes, seeing your work makes me want to draw Starbound-stuffs too. Guess what that means about your art ?
Just type: [ spoiler ] Message/image here [ /spoiler ], without spaces. I know, I'm not very good at explaining
Really nice! They're all good, but I especially love the Floran because of the way you made the leaves and vines look like muscles. So awesome.
I think I also like him the best. I got lucky with his shirt Yeah, Florans are not usually very muscular, but I'm practicing drawing muscles since they're a good way to make characters look "manly". That's because my current goal is to learn to make real difference between my male and female characters.
