Over 200 hours in the making, I am excited to finally share my full-length custom campaign! Hopefully nobody minds me reposting this from reddit.

    Madea & the Six Guardians

The impetuous mage Eve leaves Lord Huron's kingdom and enters a new dimension where she must face the six guardians and the mysterious Queen Madea.
    • Full length campaign with an original story spanning 18 stages and over 6 hours of gameplay!
    • Fight using forest spirits, which will return at the nearest village when killed. But beware, your foes will also do the same! You must come up with new strategies to keep your momentum and push your opponents back until you capture each village.
    • After the prologue, you choose which order you face the six guardians, each with their own unique challenges and boss fights! Depending on which bosses you have unlocked you may discover new dialogue to help you get to know the characters and their world.
    • Power up! Each guardian you defeat offers you a new power to assist you with the remaining guardians.
Discover the truth about Queen Madea and the Mystic Forest to save both the world of magic and the world of the humans!

    Screenshots and Character Spotlight

Humans barely use magic and understand it even less, but the mage Eve is determined to find and learn more. Her search leads her to the world of magic: The Mystic Forest. Her obsession with magic culminates in her strong determination and her temper. Each encounter in the Mystic Forest helps her to learn more about herself.

The mysterious ruler of the Mystic Forest who summons Eve and teaches her how to command the undying forest spirits. She appeals to Eve to seek out the six guardians in order to save a world thrown out of balance.

One of the six guardians, Thrall is ruthless and willful, ruling with an iron fist. He commands many spirits including defenseless bodyguards he uses to slow his opponents down. Defeat him and you'll have access to a new unit hidden somewhere on the other guardians' maps. Beware, the new unit is mortal unlike the rest of your army and must be used wisely!

Even a dog can be a guardian in this world! The boisterous Gust is wild and untamed, leading his pack of dogs to move multiple times against you. Defeat him and he will allow Eve to move twice her first turn, allowing you to get a crucial headstart against some of the other guardians.

The youngest of the guardians in appearance, Amp is a genius with the mind and soul of a child. His fortress is filled with traps where one wrong move could awaken a statue that could deal significant damage. Defeating him upgrades your groove so that in addition to healing your own troops you deal chip damage to any foe immediately adjacent to you.

    And more!

Encounter other guardians including Draco the dragon worshipper, Leech the thirsty, and Thorn the coward. You will also have the opportunity to meet some of Eve's friends from the human world and discover what part they have to play in as the balance of magic in the Mystic Forest reaches its breaking point.

    • Your undying spirits will return only to the shrines associated with the villages you've captured. There is only so much space for them to return so you may lose spirits forever if too many are defeated at once.
    • If there are too many enemies in front of you, defeating more enemies than they have room to respawn at their shrine will give you the edge. Even standing in the shrine will block the respawning enemy.
    • The best way to achieve an S rank is to return to the level once you have defeated all the guardians. Every guardian's power but the one you're facing will be available to you.
    • Each boss has special abilities that can turn the tide against you if you are not careful. Check the objectives to review their special moves.
    • Triggers, events, and turn limits were balanced around normal difficulty. Unpredictable behavior may result from playing an easier difficulty. Use the difficulty modifiers at your own risk.
