    Lag spikes and Framerate (spikes and drops) in this game drives me insane... (EVEN WHEN SP... [and with no mods]) I can tell you that I have no problems with my godly computer. I can play all my other favorite games with max graphics with no issues. There is no fixes to my issues with this game because I've come to the conclusion that it's just how the game is built. Don't get me wrong, I love the hell out of this game, but I just wish it functioned WAY better. Please fix this game so the some of us who have issues can...

    Okay so... i may have found a solution... i am not sure why it works for me but try running the 32bit version and let us know if this fixes your lag issues.
