Bug/Issue [FIXED] Cooling EPP doing absolutely nothing

    I beamed down to a tundra planet with Cooling EPP (Healing 2 Augment) and everything worked normally and I explored some of the planet.
    I exit the game for a while and go back to the planet, and I keep getting the debuff "Deadly Chill" (the one you get from not wearing a Heating EPP or better)
    It does not work on other frozen planets, either.

    Update: Does not work on any non-fiery planet
