Bug/Issue FPS Issue

Straight to the point!

As the name says, I'm having an issue with the FPS stability in Starbound. The FPS drop is usually random, and often occurs when there's sand or water moving. 80% of the time I'm able to maintain 60 FPS when exploring and questing with my friends, BUT!-Sometimes the FPS goes down to 30 for no apparent reason! And that's without mentioning the huge FPS drop when fireworks go off. Am I the only one with this issue? If not, what's causing it? I did look up a few fixes but none of those seemed to help in my case.

Nvidia GTX 750 TI OC 2GB
Intlel i5 4460 @ 3.20Ghz
16 Gigs of RAM (Kingston HyperX)
SSD 500GB (Kingston)
Windows 10 Home
