Closed FPS Lag and Rubber-banding in SP

    I am having multiple issues with the latest build. Glad Giraffe v3
    My computer isn't TOP-TIER, but it's not bottom either.

    Issues:
    1. enemies have a ping lag type feel, in singleplayer mode.... they teleport around and animations are choppy despite having 50-60 fps
    2. trees have the same effect when being cut down
    3. huge fps lag when trees hit the ground, possibly due to particle effects and dust
    4. huge fps lag at the outpost and arc
    Attempted Fixes:
    1. Run in Administrator Mode
    2. 64-bit and OpenGL modes
    3. disable v-sync in starbound.config
    4. set priority to high in task manager
    Specs:
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
    CPU: AMD FX-6300 @ 3.5 GHz
    GPU: MSI Radeon HD 7770 1GB @ 1000 MHz
    RAM: 8 GB
    OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586)
    DirectX Version: 12

    There should really be a stickied post about this.

    Its an optimisation issue with Starbound. Its not optimised fully yet. So no matter how good or how cr*ppy your computer is this will happen until the Optimisation update.

    Been happening to me non stop. Usually if I switch from full screen to windowed mode, it solves the problem temporarily. However, in the game I have running right now, it doesn't seem to be working.
