Bug/Issue Friendly NPC's won't fight enemies

    They just stand there and take it. >w>;;;
    This includes my crew and village guards.
    This isn't limited to one save file, either; all of my active characters run into this issue.

    My crew does appear to fight things in missions, at least. Still, would be nice to fix this!
