Server Help Friend's ship can't beam to planets

I'm not sure if this is a problem or just a normal thing for everyone, however when I host a server (either through my own singleplayer game and inviting a friend or using the dedicated server .exe), I can beam down onto any planet from my ship with no problem, however when either me or my friend go onto his ship and beam down to the planet he is on, it just beams us back to his ship. This has happened with multiple planets and moons.

The server prompt does give an error which I will give as soon as I can reproduce it, however it was saying something like:

"Warping player 1 to Celestial Planet: [planet id and coordinates"
"ERROR warping player 1 to Celestial Planet [id]: world failed to load"
"Removing broken world Celestial Planet [id]"

It looks like a loading error, but if anybody could shed some light on this, possibly give a solution, that would be great. Thanks
