Bug/Issue Game Crashes On Launch (Steam) (64-bit and 32-bit) {Solved}

    I have tried many different peoples solutions, reinstalled multiple times, verified the files and nothing is helping. I have roughly 350h on the game and I would hate to have to stop playing now.
    Whenever it crashes it makes a log file but it only sometimes gives me an fatal error on the 32-bit version. It will crash almost instantly on the 64-bit version.

    Log 1 is when I open it in 64bit version
    Log 2 is when I open it in 32bit version

    Try downgrading your ATI video card driver to 16.11.4 At least it is a version starbound is fine with atm. I assume you use win 10 and the latest ATI driver + the creators update have some serious compatibility issues.
