Please attach the full log located in your storage directory. It's named starbound.log (will show up as "starbound" when you don't have file extensions shown). There are also more logs (.1-.5). These are logs from the sessions before. If you didn't start the game after the error i don't need them. Use the "Upload a File" button to select and attach the log.

Depending on which OS you use the path wil be different and also if you use the GoG version of Starbound.

Did you remove mods during runtime?

with the game running? no. i add/remove mods with the game closed.
i have to add and remove IT'S FULL OF STARS [X 10] and [X 33] to get new workshop things.
i use IT'S FULL OF STARS [X 10], so i remove it and get IT'S FULL OF STARS [X 33] to get new things, then i run the game, quit out of it at the title screen, then ad IT'S FULL OF STARS [X 10] back on and remove IT'S FULL OF STARS [X 33] to get back IT'S FULL OF STARS [X 10], then i run and play the game.

Sorry for confusion. I meant that removing mods during an active save can mess up things.

Besides that...your logs are full of errors. I assume it is either the mod switching or one of your mods is messed up.
When did the problems start to happen? Which mods were recently updated?

a set of ship AI mods that i tryed removing, the Tier Nine Ships mod that i used 150K picxles to get my ship to tier 9 and it did nothing, so i remove the mod, a bit mad at it.
the AI mod let you change you ship AL look.

Removing a mod after using its functionality will most likely break the game depending on the impace the mod has. AI and Ships in general will most likely cause errors after removing and make your ship either inaccessible or even reset it.
When you're unsure about a mod being safe for removal i'd suggest asking the respective mod author(s).

In your case it is most likely caused by a removed mod. Hard to tell which one tho.
Try reinstalling the removed mods and see if the issue persists. If not ask the respective mod author for uninstall instructions.

crashed, on the outpost this time as my ship upgraded from T8 to T9. here are the newest logs, ran the game 2 times.

if it is the ship mod, it has &#*^ed up the file 100%. is there a way to reset the ship and just the ship? if not, i'll have to start over.

if the ship can be fixed, i can use the Improved Containers mods may be to fast move my things off the ship for the fix.

if you have to start over, the outpost may not start over with the new game. how do i fix that?

i would like to get the ship fixed over starting over

backing up the game: go into your storage folder and copy/move files elsewhere. they will not be read or messed with

starting over the ship: in the player folder, delete the .shipworld file in corresponding to the problem character's ship. If the problem character was last used, sorting by date modified should put the character's files at the top

starting over the outpost: i don't remember which, but one of the 2 will do it and the other will just cause more porblems. delete either universe.dat or universe.chunks in the universe folder

If you are starting over any part of gameplay, I would strongly suggest starting over all gameplay (as in delete both the player and universe folders entirely). I suggest this because unless you know what ur doing, deleting files can really mess up gameplay bad

if i have to start over, i'll del all files in player and universe
is the ANY files i should keep?

if it is in storage but not the player or universe folders, it should be kept. Remember that you are about to wipe all progress. If you are fine with that, go ahead. If not, I strongly suggest pushing for more support. Sometimes, a wipe is the only thing you can do, tho

i have my old game, but started a new one. is that a way to restart the outpost for Snowstar, but keep it the way it is for Eclipse?

Snowstar is the new one, Eclipse is the old one.

Technically yes, but in order to do so, you have to have 2 separate universe folders which u swap out every time u switch
