Bug/Issue Game Cursor Not Aligned With Hardware Cursor

So I recently bought a new PC and I've been playing stardew with no issues on my laptop for years. But on the PC the game cursor is about a 9th of my screen to the left of the hardware cursor, meaning I cannot access the right-hand side of my game window making the game unplayable. Does anyone know how to fix this bug?
