Bug/Issue Game perfomance

Hi, everyone.
I encountered a problem related to fps in the game. Let me tell you right away - the computer is powerful, I play with mods, but the problem with the performance has not occurred immediately, but just after a few hours of playing the game on saving, after I once again went into the game - have lag. Although if I create a new save - everything will be fine.
